ENJOYABLE GAME AT PITTODRIE

Those who braved the elements at Pittodrie last week were rewarded with a good display by the Reserves against Kilmarnock "A." The score, 6-3 in favour of the Young Dons, tells its own tale of a goal spree but suggests that the visitors were overwhelmed. That was not the case as the Kilmarnock side put up a good display. There were four penalties - all converted - and in each case the award was justified. The offences came as the result of over-eagerness more than anything else and the match was contested quite cleanly.
