Bad Conditions

The attendance at the Reserves game last week was rather small but that was not surprising considering the fall of snow and the foggy day. There was some doubt at 1:30 as to whether the fog would cancel the fixture but it cleared in time for the referee to decide on playing. A white ball was used and play could be followed quite quie well (except for ten minutes in the first half when the "fog" became very heavy - only it was "fog" from a Merkland Road "lum!").
