Ian Rodger scored five goals for the Dons against a Norwegian county team at Stavanger last night. The Dons won 7-2 in this the final game of their Norwegian tour.

Alan Boyd replaced David Shaw, who was injured, in the second half.
Ian Rodger got Aberdeen's third and fourth goals in the twelfth and twenty-first minutes, but a minute after the second of these the Norwegians replied through a penalty.
Boyd made the score 5-2 in Aberdeen?s favour in the thirtieth minute. Ian Rodger finished the scoring by getting two goals, both after good approach work by Delaney, in the thirty fifth and forty fourth minutes.
