Smith Sees Red as Hearts Leapfrog Dons

Hearts replaced Aberdeen at the top of the table after hitting two goals in the first 11 minutes. Steve Fulton fired them ahead with a 20-yard volley before Steven Pressley notched his first Hearts goal after Jim Leighton failed to hold a header. Jose Quitongo almost made it three as Hearts dominated. Aberdeen rallied after the break but their hopes ended when Gary Smith was sent off for a second bookable offence.
