Celtic 2 - 0 Aberdeen

HT Score: Celtic 2 - 0 Aberdeen

Div 1 (Old)
Celtic scorers: Weir 3, McPhail 4

29/03/1952 | KO: 15:00

THE Dons appeared to be lacking in fighting spirit against Celtic at Parkhead, but they could claim that they played throughout the second half without Jack Hather.
The English left winger damaged his ribs in a collision with Fallon, the Celtic right back, in the opening stages, and will undergo an X-ray examination today.
According to our Glasgow correspondent the Aberdeen attack was more lively as a four-man affair than at full strength. Baird was the most progressive and intelligent attacker.
