A scintillating Friday afternoon display by the Dons' youth team saw them brush aside the challenge of their Rangers' counterparts who, if they were not superstitious prior to the match, will surely never again volunteer to play on Friday the 13th.

The game was a personal triumph for striker Scott Michie who bagged no fewer than five of the Dons' counters with Fergus Tiernan also on target.
